Billing & Payments

Configure gateways, understand settlements, and deliver a seamless checkout experience.

Connect payment gateways

Choose the gateways that best fit your business model and regional needs.

Stripe

  1. Go to Billing → Payment Methods → Connect Gateway
  2. Select Stripe and paste your publishable and secret keys
  3. Enable test mode to validate transactions before going live

Supports credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and recurring billing

ToyyibPay

  1. Create an API key inside ToyyibPay merchant dashboard
  2. Add the key under Billing → Payment Methods → Connect Gateway
  3. Configure default FPX categories and e-wallet options

PayPal

  1. Link your PayPal Business account
  2. Grant API permissions for order capture and refunds
  3. Configure currency conversion and settlement preferences

Understand settlements

Payout schedules

Define how often funds are transferred to your bank account (daily, weekly, or custom).

Reconciliation reports

Download CSV exports listing transactions, fees, and net payouts for easy accounting.

Create dedicated settlement accounts per currency to avoid conversion fees.

Managing refunds & disputes

  • Initiate refunds from Orders → View Order → Issue Refund (partial or full)
  • Keep refund-to-sales ratio under 10% to maintain gateway health
  • Respond to chargeback notifications within the specified time frame
  • Attach supporting documents (proof of delivery, customer communication) when contesting disputes
