1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CKKStore's products, services, and associated websites. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
3. Account Registration & Security
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Scope of Services
CKKStore delivers e-commerce strategy, design, development, hosting, and support services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are defined in project proposals, statements of work, or subscription plans associated with your account.
5. Payments & Billing
Fees for services are due as stated in the applicable invoice or subscription agreement. All amounts are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise noted. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our platform, templates, and proprietary tools remain the property of CKKStore. You retain ownership of your brand assets and content, granting us a limited license to use them solely for delivering the agreed services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat non-public information shared during the engagement as confidential and to use it only for the purpose of fulfilling the services. Confidential information does not include data that becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws when collecting or sharing customer information with us.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
We deliver services using reasonable care and professional skill. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CKKStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the six months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CKKStore, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the services, or violation of applicable laws.
12. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, you must settle outstanding fees and we will provide a final export of your data upon request within 30 days.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia.
