Eligibility for Refunds
Service-Based Projects
Refunds are available within 14 days of project completion if the final deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon scope of work, and revisions have not resolved the issues. The request must be submitted in writing with specific details of the shortcomings.
Subscription Plans
For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel within 7 days of a renewal, you will be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service term. No refunds will be issued after this 7-day period.
Custom Development Work
Initial deposits for custom development projects are non-refundable once work has begun. Subsequent milestone payments may be refunded if the work for that milestone has not yet started. Any completed work remains non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party fees, including payment gateway fees, domain name registrations, and third-party hosting services, are non-refundable.
- Services that have been explicitly approved and signed off in a milestone review are not eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after project delivery or service renewal will not be processed.
- Accounts suspended for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Promotional or discounted packages are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the offer.
